Fruit scone with jam and clotted cream at Tealicious (http://tealicioustearoom.co.uk)

One of my favourite tea place here in Durham. It’s just too cute to not like it.

Snowman

Meet Mister Snowman who was build last Winter when it wouldn’t stop snowing. It’s nearly mid February now, and yet it hasn’t snow. Does it mean no snow this Winter? (heh, I’m secretly pretty grateful because I can get to lecturers easily without worrying I will slip)

St. Mary’s College

St. Mary's College

This used to be my daily route last year. Walking down the stairs and along this road, past St Mary’s College (Durham University is based on the collegiate system and thus, there are many colleges around) and a further 10-15 mins walk before I reach my lecture site. The road leading to this college is especially beautiful in autumn.
